Minutes April 16, 2020

An online meeting was held on Thursday, April 16 at 7:05 p.m.

Present:  Naomi, Beth, Jeannette, Marilyn M, Mary M., Liza D

We officially did not have a quorum but we discussed the following business and Naomi will send an email to all members for final approval.

Approved the March meeting minutes

Discussed the following items:

1  Mary M. motioned to set aside $2000.00 for scholarships.  The committee will decide how many to give.  Hopefully the high school will still have application forms available.

Committee:  Heidi, Liza, Karla, and Joanne.

2  We will skip any consideration of the summer convention this year.

3  May mystery dinner is cancelled. We will go out for a fun evening to start our fall programming.

4  Reminder:  All members please send next year’s dues to Jeannette by early June.
