December 13 Meeting Minutes

The December meeting was held at the home of Jean P. The evening began with wine and snacks brought by the members.
The business meeting was called to order at 8:05 by President Diane O.
The minutes were approved as printed. The financial report showed a balance of $3,708.96, including the speaker’s payment returned by Patti Fritz. Heidi turned a bill in to the treasurer.
The discussion about where to give the money from the white elephant sale was tabled until after the auction.
The auctioning began with Diane, and each item was auctioned off by whoever bought the preceeding item. A total of $600 was raised and a motion passed to give the entire amount to the Boys and Girls Club. With this the meeting was adjourned.
