MINUTES of the April 8^th, 2010 Meeting

The meeting was called to order by Mary Malherek.

Members present: Jean P, Austra H, Beth K, Marilyn M, Suzy P, Joanne S, Phyllis D, Heidi H, Diane O, Janis L, and Mary M

Secretary’s Report: March minutes were approved as submitted.

Treasurer’s Report:  Diane reported $2610.26 in the treasury.

Committee Reports

Program:    

May – Mystery Dinner meet at 6:16 at the High School parking lot.

Old Business:  None

New Business:  The nominating committee is Loretta, Charlene.

Up for election are the positions of President and Secretary.  Please volunteer!  Co-Chair is possible for two positions.  We will vote in May.

Scholarship committee will be meeting soon to determine the scholarships for 2010.

Dues are due in May.

Janis L & Romana did a spectacular job of explaining their Center Clinic in Dodge Center.
